Does lack of transport make you feel isolated?
Do you worry about getting to appointments?
Do you struggle to get out to the shops or visit family and friends?

Become a Passenger| Here's how we can help you

We are here to support your travel needs with our door-to-door, friendly transport service. If you, or someone you care for needs our services, all we request is that you complete the Passenger Registration Form - see below.

You will be asked to pay a small annual subscription, currently £21.00 (or £11 for 6 months). Fares are currently charged at 85p/mile with a minimum charge of £4.50 Concessionary bus pass holders receive a £1 reduction. Passengers pay the driver at the end of the journey by cash or cheque. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice and payments can be made over the phone or by online bank transfer.

Our friendly, fully trained, insured and DBS-checked drivers do all they can to help their passengers, though they are not carers and we ask that should further assistance be required, a carer or escort is welcome at no extra cost.

Our drivers either use their own cars (with expenses reimbursed by CTWF) or our wheelchair-accessible minibuses to provide transport to medical and social appointments, for shopping trips, visits to the hairdressers, to friends/relatives, whatever is required in and around Wyre Forest (and further afield notably for hospital appointments). Our mantra is to enable our passengers to enjoy fulfilled and independent lives.
Here are a few quotes from our wonderful passengers:
“I don’t know what I would do without this service.”
June E-T
“They also keep me safe in the snow, ice and rain.”
Ben R
“With your kind, helpful and compassionate drivers, your service has opened up my life.”
Mrs P
Journeys can be booked by calling the office on 01562 755084. The line is manned Monday to Friday, from  9am to 12.30pm.

Ideally, we need a week's notice of journeys as we have to schedule our drivers' trips. These are efficiently and effectively planned using our bespoke computerised system. If you wish to talk to us about how we can best accommodate your needs, or the needs of someone you care for, please contact the office weekdays up to 12.30pm. Messages can be left if you need to call at other times and will be replied to at the earliest opportunity.
